Getting Started

The best way to get started at Farmgirlfit is to schedule a time to come check out our facility, talk to one of our friendly coaches, and view a class or participate in a FREE Farmgirlfit workout! 

When you come in for your visit, we ask that you arrive a few minutes before the scheduled class time so that you have time to talk with the coach. Then, you can either watch the daily workout or participate! Don’t worry, we will be sure to scale the workout so that you don’t feel overwhelmed on your first day.

How it works.

Get ready for workouts designed specifically for women. The Grind™ will have you sweating in an energetic and upbeat atmosphere, and then on your way in an hour or less. Each of The Grind™ workouts is pre-programmed with four different levels. Our knowledgeable coaches will guide you to the level that's right for you each day, so you get a workout that is challenging and intense, but achievable and not overwhelming.

Level 1

Begin.

Modified movements for those new to free weights and intense interval training, as well as those who have specific limitations.

Level 2

Build.

A solid base is perfected. Form proficiency develops and intensity level increases to enhance core strengths.

Level 3

Advance.

Fewer modifications. Movements and weights are prescribed to push members to a high level of fitness.

Level 4

Excel.

Designed to keep challenging the most experienced and advanced members to achieve their fitness goals.
