Nursing Student at WSU Spokane
I have always been active, growing up doing ballet and then cheerleading in HS. Once I hit college I would take exercise classes every semester. My friend Rachel introduced me to FGF almost 3 years ago now and I fell in love. Having a strong dedicated workout partner has been such a blessing.
I had never done any lifting type exercise and was always afraid of it. Once starting FGF I began to love the strength training and found that I felt empowered at FGF. With school and work it was always hard to find time to exercise until FGF. The positive energy and amazing coaches made me want to go workout. I’ve never had an exercise experience that I actually enjoyed as much as I have enjoyed FGF. It has pushed me to try new things and grow as a person.
Staying consistent with exercise at FGF over the past 2 years. Before I never felt consistent after leaving HS and would go in spurts for working out.
My main health and fitness goals are to stay healthy and be a positive role model for those around me. Daily exercise is something I am striving for.
Lifting (deadlift, back squats, power cleans).
Pull-upsj, and probably those dreadful burpees! ;)
EVERYTHING!!! It truly is a place I have fallen in love with and such a safe and empowering environment.

Nursing school takes up a huge chunk of my life. When I am not studying I enjoy spending time with family and friends. I love being social and spending quality time with those around me.
Laying in the sun at the beach or on the lake. :) My favorite hobby by far!
It can be intimidating when you first walk in, however after your first couple workouts it is amazing. There is never pressure to be anything…You will find that you can accomplish more than you ever imagined.
