Happy Monday! Today we’ve got 5 Rounds – all reps stay the same each round except for Back Squats, where reps decrease by 2 each round. Progressive load the Back Squats through the rounds, but don’t completely exhaust the legs, we’ve got the Power Clean 1RM tomorrow!
