Starting off with some Bench Press + Shoulder Accessory... finishing with some SPEED! The goal in Part 2 is unbroken reps. Each round will get easier as the reps decrease; can you pick up the pace a little as you go along? Rest as needed between exercises. Today is meant to be lighter on the legs in prep for tomorrow, so keep that in mind as you’re pushing yourself!
