Hello September! Deadlifts will be a heavy theme this month, as we have our 1RM test at the end of the month (9/29). Each week we will decrease in reps and (hopefully) progress in load!  Today, we have 6 sets that are our working sets. Aim to progress EVERY set, not just when the reps decrease. The goal is to end close to 90% of current 1RM. Then a quick, speedy, and for sure SWEATY 5 rounds for time to wrap up your Tuesday!
