4-5 Rounds today, your choice! ;) Progressive loading through those Turkish Get-Ups - that means the first round may feel a bit light, but the last round should be near your heaviest. Testing out MAX Strict Pull-Ups as well - take a few rounds as warmup and to select a Pull-Up option that allows for good quality form and no swinging! Then use the remaining rounds for a true test of your MAX unbroken Pull-Ups.
