Happy FRIDAY and Happy September!!! We've got a fun team workout for you today. In teams of 3, one person starts on each of the 3 exercises. Waterfall style: You can’t move to the next exercise until your teammate finishes it, so if you finish faster, you’ll get a little rest. Rotate through until each team member has done all 3 exercises, then finish the round with a 200m run together.
