It’s a SPOOOOKY Friday the 13th! We hope not to scare you too much today.... Starting off with some Snatch work – Power Snatch 1RM coming 9/23! Work on DROPPING under the bar to catch. Then, stand up and complete two Overhead Squats. For all 6 sets, work at the same weight: ~75% 1RM Snatch. Take a few warm-up sets to get there.
