Deadlift 1RM today, HOO-RAY!! With proper progression and rest between sets, this may take the majority of our time today, hence the flexibility of Part 2. Proper breathing/bracing is CRUCIAL here. We last tested Deadlift 1RM 6/21 and we’ve been working HARD at it since then... can you get a PR?!?!!
