If you missed the Mile For Time yesterday, today's a great day to make it up!!! ;) Also testing out our Benchmark of Max DUs today. Treat at least 3 of the 5 rounds of DUs as max attempts, while the other two can be warmup/practice. Max DU test can be done one of two ways (or both?!): 1.) Max DUs completed in one minute, or 2.) Max DUs completed unbroken.
