Okay... we know this isn’t everyone’s favorite benchmark!!! BUT it’s still a great way to measure progress so let’s keep the positivity intact, and have fun! See if you can beat your time from May (tested on 5/1 & 5/31), or maybe just completing it is a win for the day. Then, working with a Partner for Part 2 - All reps are split and TOTAL count, 1 Partner works at a time. Each round, the top exercise falls off.
