Today we have a FarmgirlFit Classic workout, working with a single plate for 10 Rounds for Time! These rounds will go fairly quick, but the difficulty of this workout is more so the mental and physical challenge of the volume of rounds. Take it one round at a time and be happy with what your body is able to do today!
