For Strict Press today, we want our sets of 2 to be near max, starting with around 85% and progressing little tiny bits throughout the four sets. We've got a 1RM test coming next week! Take a few warm-up sets prior to starting the sets of two to progress to starting weight. Then, you've got AMRAP in 15:00, but still take some of these movements slower to focus on quality movement.
