Each EMOM is essentially 5 Rounds of 2 stations/”Minutes.” Start on either EMOM and either “Minute” within as needed to share equipment. Complete the work, then rest the remainder of the minute. P.S: We’ve got Burpees today, but probably some extra time after this Grind as well to work on getting as many done as possible! Don't forget to log them!
