Happy Burpees 4 Boobies Finale + Happy HALLOWEEN! Today we’ve got a spooky team AMRAP to kick off the fun. So grab your favorite goblin and ghoul and form a team of 3! There are 3 sections of this AMRAP, with 100m Runs in between. Each section has 3 exercises; work waterfall style with one person on each exercise, only rotating once all 3 teammates have finished. Once you’ve done all 3 exercises, head out for a run together! Then move on to the next station. After the AMRAP, let’s have some fun and finish up AS MANY BURPEES AS POSSIBLE! Can you get to 500? Get them logged and don’t forget the ones done in the AMRAP.
