In this AMRAP, we’re looking to go all out BUT keep in mind we’ve got a Part 2. Push the height in the Box Jumps, work on good clean movement in the Chopsticks, controlled + full ROM Goblet Squats, speedy Ice Skaters, and your most beautiful Burpee to finish the round (log them!). Work through the end of class (up to 4 rounds) on Part 2. Most of the exercises require slow and
controlled, intentional movement, which means you MUST focus up!
