Working with 6-8 sets here for our Clean and Jerk combo, as time allows, and progressive loading. Start with a Power Clean, catching in the quarter squat. Then back to the ground for a full Clean, catching in the full Squat. Then stay racked, dip + drive into a Split Jerk! Then... LET'S FLIP SOME TIRES!
