Our final Flashback Friday celebrates what has been our annual anniversary fundraiser and member-challenge: Pennies for Pull-Ups. On this 29th day of October, we give you 29 pull-ups, plus the option to tack on more after the workout...all for a good cause of course! Farmgirlfit will donate 10¢ per pull-up completed during class today (up to 50 pull-ups per person). Will you match FGF’s donation on your behalf? How about challenging/sponsoring another member...or your coaches?!? Let’s see how much we can raise for A Child’s Hope.
