Everyone will start on the first EMOM together. After that, it will be up to YOU to time your own 5:00 EMOMs as everyone
will run at different paces, may or may not be doing pull-ups and may take longer loading weight. The working percentage is based on 1RM Clean. Ideally a full Squat Clean, then corresponding number of Front Squats.
