Time to test out that Max Height Box Jump! But first, let’s Snatch! Today our complex is 1 Power Snatch + 1 Overhead Squat. Completing both = 1 rep of the complex. Progressive load as you work through the rounds and as reps decrease. Feel free to take short breaks in between reps of the higher rep sets. For Box Jumps, start at a moderate height, and increase as you work down to 1 rep. Once you’re there, take as many attempts as needed to find that Max Height Box Jump!
