Welcome to Burpees for Boobies DAY 1! This October, we'll be raising money for Cancer Can't. Every Burpee you do, we donate a penny - up to $5.00/person, WHICH MEANS your goal is to do 500 in the month, ~100/week. REMEMBER: it's not all or nothing. Do what YOU can, and be happy with it! For our workout today, work in teams of 3, one person starts on each of the 3 exercises. Waterfall style - you can’t move to the next exercise until your teammate finishes it, sooooo if you finish faster, you’ll get a little rest. Rotate through until each team member has done all 3 exercises, then finish the round with a run together.
