Hello October and Hello Burpees 4 Boobies! This year for our annual fundraiser, the goal is to complete 500 Burpees by the end of
the month for a good cause... every Burpee done = 1 penny donated by FarmgirlFit to Breast Cancer awareness! You’ll see Burpees worked into the Grinds approximately 2-3x/week. 

Clean Ladder 2-3x through

4 Cleans @ 65-70% 1RM100m Run12 Burpees3 Cleans @ 75-80% 1RM200m Run10 Burpees2 Cleans @ 85-90% 1RM400m Run8 Burpees1 Clean @ 90-95% 1RMRest 1-2:00, then start over!
