For this workout, break up the sets into as many as needed, but complete it like a chipper (i.e. complete all 25 Back Squats before moving on to Box Jumps). For Back Squats specifically, aim for about 10-12 reps at a time. If we’re able to do much more than that, it’s probably too light!
