Time to partner up! All reps are split, except for the run which you will do together with your partner. Ideally this is a barbell complex: complete all four exercises without stopping (if able). The weight should be tough for the first three exercises (reps are 3,4,5 per person), and rather light for the Sumo Deadlifts (6/person). Have one partner complete the full complex while the other partner rests, then switch, then run together to complete the round!
