For Overhead Squats, today we want all 5 sets to be at the same weight, so take 5:00 or more to warm-up to this 75% number {~3 sets}. Intention is to be pretty daaaaang heavy for 5 reps. Save a little gas in the tank for Part 2 though! ;)
