All about the HAMMIES! Today we’ve got 4x8 RDLs. Progressive load as you work through the rounds and keep in mind we are definitely not going to be as strong here as our traditional Deadlifts. THEN work through the end of the hour on Part 2, OR stop at 5 Rounds. We’ve got some Burpees to log (30 if you complete all 5 Rounds!) and some other familiar faves.
