Use today to get a little better at technique! The Power Snatch is a great way to build Snatch confidence in the catch position without the depth of the squat, as well as repetition and practice of the first and second pulls. Today is NOT about going as heavy as possible, but about improving those things. Then we'll take those warm shoulders and use them for some Overhead Squats!
