Happy Monday! We're starting with Deadlifts - these will begin to be a heavy focus this month as we move towards December, where we’ll retest our 1RM for the last time this year! Today, working with sets of 8, emphasizing good form and smooth reps. Try to progressive load a little bit as you work through the rounds. Then we'll finish it off STRONG with a quick and sweaty12:00 AMRAP!
