Today we’re working on some Cleans – start each set of the complex with a Power Clean, then back to the ground for 1 full Clean (catch in the squat), stand up, and then complete 1 additional Front Squat. Work progressively through 6-8 sets. Then we have two 8:00 AMRAPs – each AMRAP starts with 3 Power Cleans, and ends with a 100m Run, with two different exercises in between. A recipe for a good sweat!
