Happy Friday and Happy November! The goal is to treat this as a chipper (i.e. once you start an exercise, you finish all the reps before moving on), not to be confused with unbroken reps – you should need to take breaks in these sets. Perhaps you’ll feel more accomplished, though, by dividing the reps into rounds (e.g. For the round of 25s maybe you complete 10 of each, 10 of each, 5 of each). Maybe you can complete the reps faster in those smaller sets, but it will also mean more transition time...find that
sweet spot of optimal efficiency for you!
