Working on Tempo Bench Press today, which means taking a whole 5s to lower that bar to your chest, 1s pause, then press up at regular speed. Progress through the 5 sets as able. Then, Partner or Team up to share dice. Whatever # is rolled, the whole team does the corresponding exercise. Cannot roll a number more than 2 times in a row – if roll the same number a 3rd time in a row, re-roll!
