This is our FINAL 1000m Row for Time of 2025! Let’s do this! We last tested this on 8/18 (also tested on 1/27 this year). For Bench Press today, you’ve got 4 working sets: 2 at 6 reps (65% 1RM) and 2 at 4 reps (75% 1RM). Take an additional 2-3 warm-up sets to get to working weight. ALL sets should be challenging and near failure on the final reps! Spend the remaining time in class working up to 4 rounds of Part 3.
