Getting prepped and ready for our Bench Press 1RM test coming in December. Today, take the sets of 8, 6, and 4 to progress to 80-85% 1RM (last tested 9/20). Then, stay there for 3 sets of 3 reps. Make sure to reset the breath in between each rep – big inhale at the top, HOLD and brace the core as you lower the bar. Exhale on the way up! Then we've got a TABATA TUESDAY for ya'!
