Grab a buddy, and let’s have some SQUAT-TASTIC fun! We are working NOT FOR TIME today, using the buddy system to help with pacing. Have one partner work while the other partner rests, NOT splitting reps. This can definitely be completed solo, but make sure you’re giving yourself rest and not speeding through this – more rest = more ability to lift HEAVY, which is our goal today.
