The complex is 1 Power Clean + 1 Hang Clean (start just above the knee, catch in full squat), + an additional 1 Front Squat. Progress through the 8 sets as able. Then, we've got an AMRAP with a little twist... count YOUR rounds + reps for the first 11:00, then after a 3:00 rest, repeat YOUR rounds + reps again, for time! Can you beat 11:00??
