Kicking it off with 8:00 of as many 100m Sprint as possible! Two options as to how to work through the 8:00: 

A) Work in a team of 3, with one teammate running at a time. Other teammates can rest OR static hold (wall sit or squat).

B) Work solo, alternating between walking and running every 100m. 

Then take remainder of class to work on Part 2, with 4 Rounds as the cap for today.
