Today will be intentionally low-key on the lower body in prep for the Back Squat 1RM tomorrow. Starting off, we have some lower body accessory, also meant to assist in having a successful 1RM Back Squat tomorrow! Then, it's a Tabata Thursday: 5 Full Tabatas (Tabata = 4:00 of 0:20 on / 0:10 off).
