Partner up! We’ve got 30:00 of work, splitting reps with your partner (1 work / 1 rest). The only exception is the run – both partners run 200m together. Begin each round with Jump Rope and end with the Run, but the 50-40-30-20-10 can be done in any order. Chipper format: once you start one, finish all the reps before moving to the next.
