Happy Partner Workout Day! We are not necessarily working for time today, so our goal is NOT to do this as fast as possible. Instead, be sure to give your very best effort/form on each movement. On higher rep exercises, break up the reps and take rest when needed. During the rounds, work waterfall style: one partner on each exercise, switch when both have completed their reps. Some stations will be more evenly timed, and some may allow for more rest, but make sure both partners are getting enough that we aren’t sacrificing that good quality form due to exhaustion. Not for Time = WE WANT YOU TO SLOW IT DOWN AND TAKE REST! Run together (200m) between rounds.
