Working for 25:00 here. Starting with 2 reps for the Box Jumps and Toes-2-Bar and working up to 8 reps of each to complete a round (then repeat starting back at 2!). The Bears and Run happen before every set of Box Jumps & T2B, and stay consistent at 2 reps and 200m.
