Memorial Day = Open Gym

A great way to remember the people in your life who served our country and made the ultimate sacrifice, or other loved ones you have lost, or just special people in your life. You are going to spell each person’s name by completing the exercise associated with the appropriate letter. You could also do your First Name, then Middle Name, then Last Name, then start working on your spouse, a parent or sibling. See how many names you can complete in 30:00 -> write them down!
