Today’s the day! We’ve had so much dedicated practice and intentionally heavy work on Deadlifts this month/last, it’s time to test out where we’re at for a 1-Rep Max! Important things to note – Rest is everything! Make sure to breathe in and brace the core before pulling. Stay tight through the upper back and drive with the legs. You've GOT THIS!!
