Welcome back post-holiday weekend! We’ve got two big Benchmarks this week – today: Strict Press 1RM! Work down to sets of 1 slowly, and remember to inch up in weight during those 1RM attempts more than you would for any other lift – the ceiling here just isn’t our highest!
