Happy Holiday Weekend...let’s Partner Up! The Buy In and Buy Out are SPLIT reps (1 partner working at a time; switch back and forth however, but 25 Wall Balls for each partner). All other work is completed by EACH partner. Again, 1 partner working, 1 resting (except Run together). Partners can choose whether one person completes the full round, then they switch, or if they switch after each exercise BUT always end the round with the run together.
