Happy Marathon MAY! A mile a day get's you (a little over) a marathon in May + a ticket entrance into our raffle. :) We're going to start off the month STRONG with a Mile for Time test - focus on just doing your best for TODAY. That may be walking it, doing half the distance or even just 1/4, whatever you can do! We'll retest at the end of the month.
