Today’s mile is intended to be a starting point – don’t worry too much about the actual time, just get out there and DO IT, even if you walk part or all of it, or if you need to stop and rest! The mile time is a benchmark we want everyone to know. We know it’s a bit daunting, but it’s such a good benchmark to track progress. Give it a go!
