Here we have a C&J complex, with 2 additional Front Squats snuck in between the Clean & Jerk. For the Clean, pull from the ground and catch in the full squat (ideally). Switch to power where necessary. Then, stand up, and complete two additional front squats. THEN finish with 1 big beautiful Split Jerk! Today we have 8 total sets, progressing as shown below based on percentages of full Clean & Jerk 1 RM (tested on 5/1).
