Aim for 8-10 sets of this complex, progressive loading up to a heavy for today. Full Clean = Start on the ground and catch in the full squat! Jerks should be split – sub to Push if necessary. Then, knock that bar down to ~40-50% of ending weight from Part 1, for Part 2 Thrusters! 5 at time should be moderately challenging, but not so much that we’re losing squat depth or struggling to connect reps.
