We’ve got a BENCHMARK today – Max Rig Hang! Check your time from 2/17 this year or 12/3 of last year. Try to get a little bit of a hollow body position – slight pelvis tuck, ribcage stacked over top, feet slightly out in front. Hang on to that bar for as long as possible!
