Take up to 20mins for Part 1 including warm-up sets. For Part 2, the goal is to really hustle on the runs--all out as much as possible--on the other exercises, aim for UNBROKEN reps, but at a steady pace. Rest as you need to in between...but not as much as you might want! ðŸ˜˜
